Meet The School Counselor

Izzy Bosze (she/her) is the School Counselor at Reedville Elementary School, where she has been dedicated to supporting the emotional, social, and academic growth of all students since she started this role in the fall of 2021. In addition to her role of School Counselor, Izzy is also Reedville’s 504 Case Manager, SSP Facilitator, Student Leadership Teacher, and Rainbow GSA Club Facilitator. 

Within the School Counseling role, Izzy is skilled in helping children manage challenges such as anxiety, friendship issues, self-esteem, and behavior. Izzy works closely with teachers, parents, community partners, and staff to ensure that each student receives the support they need to thrive both in and outside of the classroom.

Born & raised in Oregon, Izzy grew up in Tigard where she earned her high school diploma from Tigard High School. From 2026-2019, she studied Psychology at the University of Oregon, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She completed her education in the summer of 2021 when she graduated from Lewis & Clark’s Graduate School of Education and Counseling with a Master’s degree in School Counseling. Izzy now holds a Preliminary School Counseling license in the state of Oregon. 

When she’s not working with students, Izzy enjoys cooking, baking, sewing, spending time with her close friends and family, and cuddling her two cats - Margot and Chester. Izzy is passionate about creating a positive school culture where every child feels empowered to reach their full potential!
